Block Therapy


Block Therapy is a bodywork practice that specifically targets the fascia system.
This practice involves laying on a wooden block in various positions combined with conscious diaphragmatic breathing to release compression in fascia.
Blocking works to create space in the body through the added pressure overtime in each position. This process will address the entire body by targeting cause sites to pain and other issues.

Your Boss babe class for cardio, strength and mobility.
WERQ like a boss has it all. We'll begin with 15 minutes of WERQ dance fitness for fun cardio then move into 20 minutes of strength training followed by 10 minutes of mobility. Leave feeling oh so good!
